• Set up and manage the publicity and promotions campaign for a full theatrical, streaming or home entertainment release, including managing regional / field publicity and promotions.

  • Strategy, review policy, talent relations, EPK/clips, press days, junkets, talk shows, production notes, photo editing, premieres, events, and awards campaigns.

Awards Campaigns 

• Services include:

  • Awards submission, screening oversight (securing hosts, Q&A moderators, locations/catering, RSVP lists, etc.), DVD screeners, awards press – handling trade pieces and special issues (Variety, Hollywood Reporter, Deadline) as well as consumer crossover press (LA Times, KABC, KCRW, podcasts, etc.),  Awards Advertising planning  (Trades, local TV, radio and online).

Press Junket / Press Day Planning and Oversight

• Organize and execute a full press junket or simple press day to include coordinating with hotel or other location for rooms and catering, hiring and oversight of the camera crews, room set up, press and billing / accounting.

 

EPK & Generics

• Junket style, opened ended interviews on sets, at offices or at press days/junkets.

Press conference / Panel moderating

• Moderating Junket press conferences, Comicon panels, Q&As (in theatre for awards seasons or opening weekends)

 

Film Festivals

• Overall Festival oversight, submission, strategy, and coverage at film festivals including the major festivals like Sundance, SXSW, Toronto, and Cannes, as well as, many key regional festivals (Chicago, Palm Springs, Athena, OUTFEST etc.)

 

Premieres / Events:

• Organize and oversee small, intimate events to blockbuster premiers with thousands of attendees. Organize and manage industry screenings and awards campaigning events.
